IMAGE Studios® is excited to announce a new addition to the support team, Marcia Carter – Project Manager. Marcia is IMAGE’s preferred vendor for project management – an elective service for franchisees in build-out. Marcia’s project management services during the design and buildout process ensure IMAGE Owners are able to focus on their goals and find the best IMAGE Pros for their new salon!
Marcia’s career has focused on retail real estate and development for multi-unit companies both in corporate and franchise models, predominantly in the medspa space. Marcia has an extensive background in design and construction development which makes her an integral part of the build-out process for our franchisees.
Marcia’s experience in retail construction makes her services the perfect addition to the IMAGE team. Most recently Marcia helped Cortiva Institute complete a nationwide rebranding effort, updating 32 locations across 13 states. Marcia is skilled at managing multiple construction projects simultaneously and excels in vendor management to ensure our franchisees are always well taken care of.
IMAGE Studios® franchisees across the US are supported by a corporate office in Salt Lake City, Utah. This is the home to founders, Jason, and Shaun Olsen who opened their first location in June 2010; they opened four additional locations over the next four years. Jason and Shaun decided to Franchise in mid-2015 and now have locations open or in development coast to coast. There are nearly 30 people in various capacities that support their IMAGE Owners, from education to operation, to project management and marketing. Together, the IMAGE Studios® family is striving to provide the support, education, and empowerment needed for success.
