IMAGE Studios breaking new ground in Portland, OR
IMAGE Studios® will open its Portland, OR salon, home to luxurious salon studios, this year by IMAGE owner, Shaun Broetje. Leading the trend in the creative co-working space boom, IMAGE Studios® Portland operates similarly to WeWork, Regis, and Impact Hub, with a focus on turnkey salon space for beauty professionals. IMAGE Studios® takes large retail space (typically 4,000 – 6,500 SF) and builds anywhere from 25-35 or more salon “studios” that are leased to salon professionals including hairstylists, estheticians, microblade specialists, massage therapists, tattoo artists, and other health and beauty service providers who operate their businesses within the studios.
Health and beauty entrepreneurs throughout the Portland, Oregon area are being offered a unique business opportunity. IMAGE Studios® provides all of the tools necessary to own and operate a salon with none of the normal risks involved.
IMAGE provides business owners with many resources to grow and manage their business – IMAGE Pro by Gloss Genius, a smartphone app that provides professionals accounting, marketing, scheduling, and rebooking software, continuing education courses, and on-site support through a local salon director mentor.
There are currently 60 IMAGE Studios® in development throughout the US, and this is growing month by month. The build-out stage of our development covers the areas of design, construction, milestones, and timelines. Our IMAGE Owners can begin their Pink Hard Hat tours, highlighting all the space has to offer to IMAGE Pros including the 24-38 studios. All of the IMAGE Studios® in the build-out stage adhere to strict design and construction guidelines that ensure our studios are top of the line, bringing the most modern and beautifully designed salon studios the beauty industry has ever seen.
